Welcome to PenPost. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the PenPost platform, a premium, secure managed marketplace designed to connect high-intent clients with 100% verified professionals across North India.
By accessing this website and utilizing our services, you accept these terms in full. Do not continue to use PenPost if you do not agree to all the terms and conditions stated on this page.
1. Definitions and Platform Role
“Platform” / “PenPost” refers to the digital marketplace, website, and associated services operated by PenPost Technologies, based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
“Client” refers to any individual or corporate entity utilizing PenPost to book a verified expert or request a service quote.
“Expert” / “Professional” refers to the elite, pre-screened, and 100% background-checked service providers approved to operate on our platform.
Platform Role: PenPost acts as an exclusive managed marketplace and escrow facilitator. We connect Clients with Experts and secure the initial booking. PenPost is not the direct provider of the services rendered by the Experts.
2. The 10% Escrow Protection Shield
Our pioneering 10% Escrow Shield is designed to guarantee flawless execution and absolute financial security.
Booking Token: To secure a service, the Client must pay a 10% advance token through PenPost’s secure payment gateway.
Funds Hold: PenPost holds this 10% securely in escrow. These funds are not immediately transferred to the Expert.
Release of Funds: The 10% token is released to the verified Expert strictly when the project officially commences or the professional arrives on-site, as agreed upon by both parties.
Direct & Transparent Deals: The remaining 90% of the project cost (or the agreed milestone structure) is negotiated directly between the Client and the Expert, ensuring a lucrative, middleman-free transaction. PenPost charges no hidden brokerages on the final bill.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
We enforce strict guidelines to protect the fortune and time of both Clients and Experts.
Expert Default: If the verified Expert fails to commence work, cancels the booking, or fails to meet the initially agreed-upon starting conditions, the Client’s 10% escrow token is 100% fully refundable without any deductions.
Client Cancellation: If the Client cancels the booking after the 10% token is paid but before the Expert has allocated resources or commenced work (within a stipulated 24-hour grace period), the token is refundable. However, if the Client cancels without cause after the Expert has officially initiated project preparation, the 10% token may be transferred to the Expert to cover operational losses.
4. The Zero-Spam and Privacy Guarantee
We are committed to maintaining an ironclad defense of your data.
Data Protection: Client contact details (phone numbers and emails) are kept strictly private.
No Unverified Sharing: PenPost will never sell, rent, or distribute your data to open directories or telemarketers.
Curated Bidding: Your project requirements are shared anonymously. Your direct contact details are only revealed to a maximum of 2 to 3 authentic, handpicked Experts who match your exact project scope.
5. Expert Verification and Conduct
PenPost maintains an elite standard for all professionals on the platform.
Audit Process: All Experts undergo a rigorous vetting process, which may include verification of GST registration, professional licenses, past client portfolios, and identity checks.
Accountability: While PenPost ensures the authentic background of the Expert, the ultimate responsibility for the execution, quality, and legal compliance of the service lies with the Expert.
Right to Remove: PenPost reserves the right to instantly suspend or permanently ban any Professional who violates our trust framework, engages in fraudulent activity, or repeatedly receives poor ratings for execution.
6. User Obligations
By using PenPost, both Clients and Experts agree to:
Provide true, accurate, and current information during registration and project scoping.
Maintain professional, respectful communication during all interactions.
Not attempt to bypass the 10% Escrow Shield for the initial booking, as doing so voids all PenPost security guarantees and support interventions.
Not use the platform for any illegal, unauthorized, or highly regulated activities outside the approved service categories.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we engineer our platform for maximum security, PenPost shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our platform or the services provided by the Experts. Our maximum liability in any dispute is strictly limited to the 10% token amount held in the PenPost Escrow Shield.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
